With warmer days and more time spent outdoors, spring is the perfect time to think about sun safety. UV rays can still be strong, even when it doesn’t feel that hot.

Remember to protect your skin by spending time in the shade during the hottest part of the day, wearing suitable clothing, and applying SPF 30+ sunscreen with good UVA protection.
