We've just fitted a Bruno Elan stairlift with every powered option going, powered swivel seat and powered footplate included. That means less bending, less reaching, and a smoother ride from top to bottom (or bottom to top!).

When it comes to comfort and independence at home, sometimes it's the little extras that make the biggest difference. 💙

Who says teamwork only happens in the office? 👀🎾

A few of the Healthcare Matters team swapped keyboards for padel rackets this week, taking to the court for some friendly competition.

There were some impressive rallies, a few creative shot selections, plenty of laughs... and let's just say there are a couple of people who won't be volunteering to keep score next time! 😅

It was a great chance to catch up outside of the usual day-to-day, have a laugh and burn off some energy. Judging by the smiles in the team photo, we'd call that a win... even if the scoreboard tells a different story! 😂

Now the important question... who wants a rematch? 🎾🏆

🏠 Bedroom to bathroom, all in one smooth transfer.

We've just completed a ceiling track hoist installation using the Guldmann GH3, and this one's got a clever trick up its sleeve: a combi lock system that lets the same pod travel seamlessly from room to room.

For this client, that means one hoist, one pod, and a safe, dignified transfer straight from bed to bathroom, no swapping equipment, no unnecessary stops along the way.

Small design detail, big difference to daily life. 💙

🌟 Team Spotlight: Meet Alex (Tiz)! 🌟

Today we're celebrating 14 years of Tiz being part of the Healthcare Matters team! 👏

If you've had the pleasure of working with Tiz, you'll know he's someone who brings energy, experience and plenty of laughs wherever he goes. He's always got a great story to tell, is incredibly knowledgeable in his role, and is the kind of colleague who's always looking out for those around him.

After many years as one of our experienced Seating Assessors, Tiz has recently stepped into a new challenge as our Rental Tech Team Leader, bringing his wealth of clinical seating knowledge into our Rental team. We're excited to see the impact he'll continue to make in this new role.

When he's not at work, Tiz has an impressive list of talents and hobbies. He's a DJ, an amazing camera operator, a barber, a mixed martial arts instructor, and even a songwriter! 🎵🎥🥋💈 Safe to say there's never a dull moment when Tiz's around.

To top it all off... it's his birthday tomorrow! 🎂

🔧 Sometimes the right equipment today isn't the right equipment forever, and that's exactly why we're here.

Our engineers recently replaced a stairlift that was no longer meeting a client's needs, installing a Bruno Elan stairlift, fully powered and heavy duty, giving the client a safer, more reliable way to move between floors.

As circumstances change, so should the equipment. That's the job.
