I hope you’ve all had a wonderful weekend and found a little time to rest, reflect, and recharge.

As we move into a brand-new week, I’ve been thinking about the importance of finding the positives in life, even if they’re only small ones. Sometimes it’s a kind word from a stranger, a moment of peace, a smile from a loved one, or simply making it through a difficult day. These small positives can make a big difference when we choose to notice them.

I truly believe that there is something positive to be found in every experience, no matter how challenging it may seem. Even in the loss of a loved one, whether a family member, friend, or beloved pet, we can be grateful for the privilege and opportunity we had to share part of our journey with them. We carry the memories, the lessons, the love, and the moments that helped shape our lives. Those connections remain with us forever.

As the week ahead unfolds, I encourage you all to keep looking for those positives, however small they may appear. They are often the lights that guide us through darker times.

Some readings stay with you.

Today, after a full day of back-to-back readings, one particular connection left me completely speechless.

The moment I opened the link with Spirit, I was aware of a woman standing beside me. She was energetic, full of life, and kept showing me stars. Not the sky itself, but stars being drawn everywhere—on paper, walls, notebooks.

I told my client exactly what I was seeing.

Immediately she looked confused.

The lady in Spirit then stepped closer and simply said, “Tell her I still see her.”

What came next was extraordinary.

Spirit showed me a bedroom door covered in stars. Then a diary hidden away. Then a child’s hand drawing stars over and over again.

My client burst into tears.

She explained that as a child, she had covered her bedroom walls with glow-in-the-dark stars. Nobody knew this. It was something she’d completely forgotten about.

The lady in Spirit was her mother.

Then Spirit took things to another level.

The mother showed me a small blue diary hidden inside a box and told me to ask about a sentence written near the back.

I hesitated because it felt incredibly specific.

When I asked, my client went completely silent.

The diary existed.

It was locked away in her loft.

Inside was a sentence she had written shortly after her mother passed:

“Please don’t stop watching over me.”

She had never shown it to anyone.

Spirit then delivered the most beautiful message.

“I never stopped.”

The emotion in that moment was overwhelming.

Out of all the readings today, this reminded me that Spirit doesn’t just remember the big moments of our lives. They remember the forgotten moments, the private tears, the words never spoken aloud and the promises written in secret.

And somehow… against all odds… they still find a way to bring them back to us.
