To my wonderful community,
​It is with a mix of love, gratitude, and a deep need for self-care that I am sharing this personal update.
​To focus on my own wellbeing and physical health, I need to take a necessary step back from my spiritual practice for a while.
​This has been a difficult decision, but it is the right one for me right now. I ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
​While the regular schedule is paused, I may still offer some impromptu sound baths in the coming months, and small gatherings if I feel called to do so. Please keep an eye on this space for any such updates.
