Reintroducing our Yoga Strength, Sweat and Sculpt class…not for the faint hearted🔥 💪
If you’re looking for a full body workout that covers both strength and cardio - you don’t want to miss this. You can catch the class twice a week on Thursdays with .yoga at 9:30 & every Sunday at 10:30 💪
The dynamic power flow enhances muscle tone, elevates your heart rate and builds strength through layered pulses, strong poses and yoga infused movement. 🌀You can deepen the challenge by adding optional wrist or ankle weights (can be placed on either!) and we are now introducing dumbbells too 🔥 Oh and how could we forget… the studio is heated to 30 degrees!
