Building Safer Workplaces. 💼📋

Creating a safe working environment begins with awareness, prevention, and respect.

On Saturday, October 24, Ethos Hub held an online training seminar on “Violence & Harassment in the Workplace” (Greek Law 4808/2021), led by Sofia Th. Drosou, Psychologist, MSc.

The training covered employers’ legal obligations, recognizing and managing incidents, reporting procedures, and the responsibilities of both employees and management.

Because meaningful change goes beyond legal compliance. It begins with building a workplace culture that values, respects, and protects people.

🤝 The kick-off meeting of our new project, Neuro Include, was successfully held in Erfurt, Germany, on 19–20 October.

🌍 Digital Tools and Inclusive Education | FOCUS Project

On October 16, 2026, Ethos Hub organised an event dedicated to exploring the connection between technology and inclusive education, as part of the European FOCUS Project (Erasmus+).

An initiative highlighting the importance of digital tools in creating a more accessible, supportive, and inclusive learning environment, where every child has the opportunity to grow, learn, and participate equally.

Με ιδιαίτερη χαρά βρεθήκαμε ξανά στη για ακόμη μία όμορφη συνάντηση γονέων! 🤝

Αυτή τη φορά, το θέμα μας ήταν «Το παιδί ως μέλος μιας ομάδας» 💙, εστιάζοντας στη σημασία της συνεργασίας, της αποδοχής και της αίσθησης του ανήκειν στην κοινωνική και συναισθηματική ανάπτυξη των παιδιών.

Μέσα από έναν ζεστό και ουσιαστικό διάλογο, μοιραστήκαμε σκέψεις και προβληματισμούς για το πώς μπορούμε να βοηθήσουμε κάθε παιδί να βρει τη θέση του μέσα σε μια ομάδα, διατηρώντας τη μοναδικότητά του.

🙏🏼Ευχαριστούμε θερμά για τη συμμετοχή, την εμπιστοσύνη και την όμορφη ανταλλαγή απόψεων.

💙 FOCUS to your path — A journey worth remembering!

Every project has a beginning, a journey and a story to tell. ✨

As the FOCUS Erasmus+ project comes to an end, we look back at the moments that brought us together, the experiences we shared and the milestones we achieved.

From international meetings and meaningful collaborations to innovative educational tools and new perspectives on inclusive learning, every step brought us closer to our shared goal: making foreign language education more accessible for children with learning difficulties.

World Teachers’ Day 🍎📚

Teachers do so much more than share knowledge.

They are often the first to notice when a child is struggling, to hear what is difficult to put into words, and to help a child believe a little more in themselves. 💙

And in order to support others, teachers need support too: training, collaboration with families, and a school environment that truly listens.

Today, we recognize their invaluable role and stand beside them.

Happy World Teachers’ Day to all educators! ✏️🤍

A journey of inclusion, collaboration and learning.

As the FOCUS project comes to an end, we look back on a journey dedicated to making foreign language learning more inclusive and accessible for children with learning difficulties.

As an Erasmus+ project, FOCUS brought together knowledge, research and collaboration to create practical resources for teachers — from the FOCUS in Practice Database and FOCUS 4 Playing digital educational games to the Online Training Programme.

The project may be coming to a close, but the tools, knowledge and experiences created throughout this journey remain.

A big thank you to all partners, educators and participants who contributed and helped turn inclusion into practice.

Κάθε νέο ξεκίνημα φέρνει μαζί του αλλαγές, ερωτήματα και όμορφες προσδοκίες. 👧🏼🧒🏻👦🏽

Η φετινή μας διαδρομή στη ξεκίνησε με μια πρώτη συνάντηση με τους γονείς, αφιερωμένη στη μετάβαση των παιδιών σε ένα νέο σχολικό κεφάλαιο.

Μιλήσαμε, μοιραστήκαμε σκέψεις και δημιουργήσαμε τις βάσεις ώστε αυτή η νέα αρχή να γίνει με περισσότερη ασφάλεια, κατανόηση και σύνδεση.

Γιατί κάθε νέο βήμα ενός παιδιού είναι ένα νέο βήμα και για τον γονέα. ✏️📚

Ένα νέο ξεκίνημα, μαζί.💙
