Λίγο πριν την επίσημη είσοδο στην χειμερινή εποχή, συναντιόμαστε στο υπέροχο αυτό βουνό να εμβαθύνουμε στις γιογκικές πρακτικές, να συναντηθούμε με τον εαυτό μας και μεταξύ μας, να ησυχάσουμε.
Απομακρυνόμαστε από την πολυάσχολη ζωή για να τιμήσουμε τη σοφία του χειμώνα: ότι η ξεκούραση δεν είναι απλώς μια διακοπή, αλλά ένα ζωτικό κομμάτι της ανάπτυξης.

Join us for the Wintering Together Retreat in a beautiful village - Vitsa, Zagori, in a wonderful Kôres Boutique Hotel & Spa!
This is an invitation to honour the winter season within us. We will practice yoga, pranayama, meditation. We will walk in nature. We will rest and calm our nervous systems so we can naturally move into winter “retreat” that is actually happening within us.
The lesson that the winter season offers us is that deep rest is necessary for the even greater development afterwards.
