📌 Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to patients and clients.

Manage front desk operations including answering calls, emails, and assisting with inquiries.

Support administrative tasks such as data entry and document distribution.

Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

✅ Requirements

CSEC Mathematics and CSEC English passes (mandatory).

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong computer literacy and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
