He wrote: “Believe!”
So I started working even harder for my dreams. Thank you Kevin and Mike

What does movement mean to me?

So much more than what I see in the mirror. So much more than what I can show you here.

To me, movement is proof that when we decide on something and keep working toward it with patience, humility and consistency, day after day, we do more than improve. Eventually, it becomes part of who we are.

How do we begin?

1. Make the decision. Create a vision of where you want to go.
2. Behave the way the best version of you would behave.
3. Repeat that behaviour until it becomes a habit.
4. Over time, that habit becomes part of your identity.

And I believe this applies to far more than exercise.

The same thing happens when we build a dream, learn something new, create a business, try to lead by example as parents, or simply work toward becoming better human beings. We follow what feels true to us, while consciously leaving behind the negative behaviour patterns we no longer want to carry.

Act with an honest heart. Stay authentic to what you believe in. Keep going even when nobody can see the results yet. Keep going even when progress feels painfully slow — because I know how often it really does.

At the same time, remember that we have an impact on the world around us.

For me, it is often grounding to remember that our children are watching. Other people are watching too. One movement, one decision, one sentence may give someone else the courage to start believing in themselves.

That is why, for me, leading by example is also a form of social responsibility.

But it starts with you.

You have to believe that you are capable. I truly believe that you already have what you need to move toward your dreams.

Because when you start believing in yourself, and then support that belief with your actions every single day, little by little you become the person you once only imagined becoming.

Movement keeps teaching me the same lesson:

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.
Work for it. Stay humble. Stay consistent. And never underestimate how far small daily steps can take you.

🇭🇺Mit jelent számomra a testmozgás?

Hogyan is fogjunk hozzá?
1. Hozd meg a döntést, legyen egy álomképed.
2. Viselkedj úgy, ahogyan a legjobb éned tenné.

Akkor is, amikor lassúnak tűnik a fejlődés.

Számomra ezért a példamutatás társadalmi felelősség is.

‼️ 70 kg doesn’t always look the same.‼️

The exact same body weight can look completely different depending on whether you’re pregnant, training regularly, following a different type of training, carrying more muscle, or simply moving through a different stage of life.

If even our own bodies don’t look the same at the same weight, why would we compare our appearance to someone else’s?

Especially today, when so much of what we see online is shaped by lighting, posing, filters, editing, carefully selected moments or even AI.

But our brain doesn’t always process those images as “just content.” Repeated comparison can influence how we see ourselves, what we start to consider normal, and what kind of expectations we place on our own bodies.

That’s why awareness matters.

The moment you notice that you’re comparing yourself to someone else, you create a little distance between the thought and yourself. You don’t have to automatically believe everything your mind tells you.

Instead, ask yourself:

What do I want my body to be able to do? How do I want to feel in it? What kind of life do I want to live?

Lasting change often starts with behaviour.

You move for ten minutes today. You do it again tomorrow. You walk more. You recover better. You learn to listen to your body.

Repeated behaviour becomes a habit.

And over time, those habits can become part of your identity:

“I’m someone who takes care of my body.”

You do not need to look like anyone else.

Bring out the best in your body, in your life, in your way.

Don’t build your life around a number.

Build strength. Mobility. Confidence. Consistency.

Trust yourself enough to follow your own path.

The must-have exercise for moms and not only for moms‼️ Based on a true story. 💯🔞

Comment ⚠️STRONG MOM⚠️ if you’d like a step-by-step video on how to start training to become the strongest version of yourself.

I’ll show you how to build the movement gradually, starting with an easier variation.

The ending of the video is funny, but there is a real reason behind practising this movement.

A sedentary lifestyle means we spend a lot of time sitting and moving within relatively limited ranges. Our bodies adapt to what we repeatedly use. When certain movement directions are rarely explored, they can gradually start to feel less natural and less comfortable.

For moms, add all the bending, lifting, carrying and floor time that comes with everyday life. That is exactly why I believe it is important to keep moving our bodies in different directions.

When performed with control, the Leaning Camel combines mobility, strength and stability. It challenges the front of the thighs, requires hip extension, and asks the glutes and core to control the position of the pelvis. In deeper variations, the thoracic spine also plays a greater role.

Mobility is not simply flexibility. It is usable, controlled range of motion.

A meta-analysis by Andreas Konrad and colleagues found that regular stretching can meaningfully improve joint range of motion. In other words, range of motion is something we can develop through consistent practice.

Mobility coach tip: build the movement gradually. Start with a small backward lean where you can still control your trunk and pelvis. As you become stronger and more comfortable, slowly increase the range.

Progress is not measured by how far back you can lean, but by how much range you can use with stability and control.

And as a mom, you never know when some unexpected extra resistance might arrive halfway through your exercise. 🦵🏼💪🏼🔥

Give your body more movement options today, so it can adapt more easily to whatever life brings tomorrow.

Of course, a single-leg squat looks impressive in a video. But for me, what’s happening inside the body is far more interesting.

Train your movement so your body becomes better at adapting to different situations. Build strength, control and freedom of movement that can support you when injury, surgery or simply the passing of time brings new challenges.

Many people connect exercise with performance, body shape or impressive goals. But a well-built movement can give you much more than that.

When you lower yourself on one leg and stand back up with control, your brain and body are working together continuously. You have to sense where your body is in space, control your centre of mass, and coordinate the ankle, knee, hip and trunk at the same time.

Strength. Mobility. Balance. Coordination. Proprioception. Neuromuscular control.

All in one movement.

A 2026 systematic review and meta-analysis by Daniel Jochum and colleagues analysed 92 studies involving 5,932 older adults. Resistance training produced significant improvements in muscle strength, while several functional measures also improved, including walking speed, sit-to-stand performance and Timed Up and Go.

Mobility coach tip: build it gradually.

Start with a stable two-leg squat. Work on ankle and hip range of motion, trunk control and weight shifting. Then move to supported single-leg variations. Over time, you can increase the range of motion and reduce the amount of assistance.

This gives your body time to adapt, learn and become stronger.

That is why single-leg squats matter to me. The final position is only one small part of it. What interests me most is everything we develop along the way.

I want to be able to get up from the floor easily years from now. Climb stairs. Hike. Catch my balance when I stumble. Play with my children - one day, hopefully, with my grandchildren too.

Think of training as an investment in your future freedom of movement.

Move today so your body can keep giving you more options tomorrow and your family will grateful as well 🤸🏻‍♀️

Skateboard training as a mom? Why not. 🛹 save it and comment 🛹if you like it 🫂

Motherhood taught me that movement doesn’t always need a perfect plan, a gym or even traditional equipment. Sometimes creativity is exactly what keeps us moving.

A skateboard challenges balance, coordination, body awareness and control, but for me the real value goes beyond the physical benefits.

Our children learn so much from what they see us do.

When they watch us try something new, lose our balance, laugh, get back up and keep going, they learn that movement can be playful instead of something we “have to” do. They also see that becoming a mom doesn’t mean giving up curiosity, challenges or the things that make us feel alive.

And that matters to me.

Because I don’t always want to choose between spending time with my children and taking care of my own body. Sometimes the best solution is simply to bring those two worlds together.

Move. Play. Be creative. Let them see you enjoying it too. 🛹
🇭🇺Gördeszkás edzés anyaként? Miért ne. 🛹

A gyerekeink rengeteget tanulnak abból, amit látnak tőlünk.

It took me almost a year before I felt ready to write this. I hope what happened to me on 9 August 2025 will help others. Through these words, I also want to honour a family, even if this story never reaches them.

We were on holiday in Lopar, Croatia, walking through waist-deep water with our children towards a deeper area where they could jump from our paddleboard. I noticed a woman and her teenage son staring into the water. When I walked over, I saw an elderly man floating face-up.

We rushed to him while I asked my husband to take our children back to shore. Together we lifted the man from the water, but I couldn’t clearly detect his breathing because of his weight. I called for a nearby paddleboard, and with the owner’s help we lifted him onto it. Water began flowing from his mouth.

I shouted for more people to help carry him to shore. Four of us ran with the board and immediately started CPR. Thankfully, one volunteer had previously been a lifeguard, so he led the resuscitation while I assisted with chest compressions and rescue breaths. We took turns for over ten minutes. Someone called an ambulance because my phone had no signal, and another person brought us an AED.

The paramedics arrived just over 20 minutes later and fought for another 10 minutes, but despite every effort, we couldn’t save him.

That day changed me forever.

The last time I had learned CPR was in 2011 before getting my driving licence, yet I felt calm and focused. Afterwards, I kept asking myself what I could have done differently.
We did everything we possibly could.

The hardest moment came when his wife arrived and realised the man surrounded by people was her husband.

Many people stepped away when they saw what they thought was a dead body.

I didn’t.

I saw someone’s father, grandfather and husband… someone who was expected back on the beach.

Please don’t be afraid to help.
We are responsible for one another. Learning first aid isn’t about living in fear; it’s about being ready when someone needs you. Let’s teach our children to call for help, to care, and to step forward. One day, that knowledge could bring someone’s loved one home.

A Rab-szigeti rendőröknek is angolul kellett elmondanom mindent, ami történt.

A papáját. A férjét. Egy embert, akit biztosan vártak vissza a parton.

Kérek mindenkit, aki ezt olvassa: ne féljetek!

Felelősek vagyunk egymásért.

Előre felkészülhetünk a váratlan helyzetekre.
