AERIAL YOGA LOW HAMMOCK TEACHER TRAINING

Calling all yoga and aerial yoga instructors!

This program gives you the skills to blend the energizing power of Yang movement with the therapeutic benefits of the Yin Yoga practice. For 100-hour+ yoga teachers or aerial yoga instructors!

Learn how to build strength, stability, mobility, and confidence through dynamic sequences, while using restorative hammock-supported postures to release tension, improve flexibility, and nourish the fascia.

You will learn:
• Safe and effective Low Hammock Yin Yang sequencing
• Teaching methodology and class structure
• Hammock-assisted adjustments and modifications
• Techniques to support students of different levels and abilities
• Ways to create balanced, engaging, and meaningful class experiences
