New install in Westport — Sean got this one up and running last month.
A Televend PPE vending machine alongside a locker unit with dozens of individual compartments. The machine handles the high-turnover items — gloves, glasses, the everyday kit. The locker handles the larger, controlled or one-per-person items that don't suit a coil.
Together they cover the full range a site needs from a single point.
The locker is empty in the photo. We caught it mid-setup. We'll be back with the loaded version once it's stocked and running.
Even at this early stage, the data is already showing the pattern we see on every install:
→ 142 vends, 52 people served in the first stretch
→ 63% of vends happened outside standard office hours
→ Busiest hour of the week: 06:00 to 07:00 — before a manned stores window would open
→ 29 of 52 users have already come back more than once
That out-of-hours number is the whole point. A manned store covers the day shift. A machine covers the hours a person behind a counter wouldn't be there — the early start, the night shift, the weekend.
