When it comes to a stroke, every minute really does matter. 💙

Today, on World Stroke Day, we're joining people around the world in raising awareness of the importance of recognising the signs of a stroke and getting help quickly.

This year's theme, "Every M1nute Counts", is a reminder that knowing what to look out for could make all the difference.

One of the simplest ways to remember the warning signs is to think FAST:

💙 F – Face: Has their face drooped on one side?
💙 A – Arms: Can they raise both arms and keep them raised?
💙 S – Speech: Is their speech slurred or difficult to understand?
💙 T – Time: If you notice any of these signs, call 112 or 999 immediately.

Take a moment to familiarise yourself with the signs and share them with someone you care about. It's a small thing that could make a very big difference.
