I can't believe this was a year ago today! I was delighted to talk about the benefits of shopping preloved clothes and items. It was the relaunch of the gorgeous St Vincent's in Thurles, Tipperary. Fabulous staff, fab customers. What a lovely way to spend a morning SVP Ireland

Charity shops are full of wonderful treasures. I have a tendency to show the clothes but if its household items or knickers knacks or books you're into, then check them out. The wonderful Adapt Charity Shop, Parnell Street in Limerick right beside the train and bus station is packed full of wonderful items

This one is for men!. Liberty are a charity supporting those in drug addiction. Their ship in William Street Limerick is full of really good men's clothes, from jeans to shirts and a great range of sporting wear.

Another great clothes swap by Isabel and her team. Lovely to meet your mom . This was a community event in Ballina/ Killaloe Family Resource Centre. Its was great to call in and support it and swap clothes i no longer wear for clothes I will wear
