Lorraine Hoary

Lorraine passed away peacefully in Saint Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown in the company of her loving husband Stephen. Sadly missed by her heartbroken daughters Saoirse, Caitlin and Aoibhe, her father Thomas, predeceased mother Brigid , Mam Margaret , brothers Gerard, Alan and Thomas, her sister Jeanette, parents in law , brothers inlaw, sisters inlaw, nieces, nephews, Godchildren, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

May Lorraine Rest in Peace.

Lorraine will be reposing at home which is strictly family only .
Removal on Friday morning by Whelehan Funeral Directors at 9.30 to arrive at Saint Michael’s Church Portarlington for 10am Requiem Mass, which may be viewed on https://www.mcn.live/Cameras/st-michaels-church-portarlington@

We are sad to announce the passing of
Martin (Unc) Scully
The Waterfall,
Rossnamullane,
Vicarstown,
Co. Laois

Sunrise: 26th February 1929
Sunset: 3rd July 2026

Martin passed away peacefully in Oghill Nursing Home in his 98th Year. Predeceased by his parents Paddy and Mary (Née Deegan) and his siblings John, Emily (Miller), Ellen (Dunne), Kathy (Walsh), Anne (Behan), Louie, Bridie (Scully) and Julia (Sinnott). Martin will be sadly missed by his nephew Paddy Scully and Family, his cousin Peg Lalor (Née Kane), by his many nieces and nephews and their children and grandchildren, and by a huge circle of friends in Vicarstown and surrounding areas, farmers, footballers, card players and neighbours.

Reposing at the Presentation Chapel Stradbally (R32 WRH9) on Sunday the 5th of July from 4pm, concluding with recital of the rosary at 7pm. Removal by Whelehan Funeral Directors on Monday morning at 10:30am to arrive at the Church of the Assumption Vicarstown (R32 N803) for 11am Requiem Mass. Interment to follow in Moyanna Cemetery.

We are sad to announce the passing of James Kelly

James passed away peacefully in the company of his loving family. Predeceased by his mother Margaret, father Paddy, brother Tommy and sister Nancy. James will be deeply missed by his sisters Peggy, and Betty and his brothers Johnny, Martin and Gerry, nieces, nephews, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, relatives, neighbours and friends.

James will be reposing at his residence on Tuesday from 12 noon, concluding with recital of the rosary at 8pm. Removal by Whelehan Funeral Directors on Wednesday morning at 11:30am to arrive to the Sacred Heart Church Stradbally for 12 noon Requiem Mass, which can be viewed on We**ams - Stradbally Parish - Stradbally Interment to follow in Oakvale Cemetery.
