Recently I was invited by Ballyphehane Tidy Towns committee to do a talk at their annual Cherry Blossom Festival. I went through uses for all the herbs in their beautiful herb and mediation garden, and made some products to show how easy it is to use herbs and their essential oils for health and well being. Great to see some decent sunshine at last!
Please be careful if you are using citrus essential oils. They are phototoxic which means they can cause burning in the sun. So, take care at this time of the year when using them.

I'm now taking bookings for my 5 week series of Aromatherapy Workshops in Clonakilty starting 3rd June from 7 - 9pm
Each week will have a different focus including skin care, hair care, Summer, cleaning etc.
Cost is €190 which includes all materials - oils, jars/bottles, creams and bases. You will also get notes for each workshop and my support between workshops. Each week you will make products to use and enjoy at home.
