Eric Tiernan, International Business Development Manager for Mervue Pet and Nutritionist Heinrich van Vurren are on the ground in India. Over the weekend they visited numerous vet practices, each one an expert specialising in pet care.

Time spent with vets is invaluable. These are the professionals who see first-hand the day-to-day health and nutritional needs of pets, and their insights help us understand what pet owners and clinics are looking for. It was also a great opportunity to share knowledge on how nutrition supports pet health, from digestion and skin and coat condition to overall wellbeing.

Commercial Manager Sam Sweetnam is currently visiting dairy farms in Turkey alongside our local partner.

It’s always valuable to see our products in action on the ground, and these visits are a great chance to hear directly from the farmers using them.

Many of the farms on the itinerary are current users of Calf Aid Paste, Milkshake, Cal Plus and First Drink, and they are seeing first-hand the great results that come with integrating these products into their feeding regime. From a strong start in the first hours of a calf’s life to supporting healthy growth through the milk feeding period, it’s rewarding to see the impact on the farms themselves.

Des Cronin, Head Nutritionist, is currently in Egypt, visiting some of the largest dairy farms in the region.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to see first-hand the scale and ambition of Egypt’s livestock sector, and to gain valuable insights into how these operations are managed day to day.

Trips like this are about more than farm visits. They’re a chance to meet key partners in person, hear about the challenges they face, and learn how we can better support them as their businesses grow. Nutrition plays a central role in herd health, productivity and long-term farm performance, and understanding local conditions is essential to getting that right.

We’re grateful to everyone who has welcomed Des so far, and we look forward to building on these relationships in the months ahead.

The Middle East tour continues.... Another successful weekend for Commercial Manager Sam Sweetnam as he visited some of the largest Poultry, Dairy and Equine facilities in Kuwait.

Alongside Sam's time on the ground, Sam is also upskilling sales teams and Mervue partners on the complete Mervue range of products. Training people locally means customers get expert, face-to-face advice from teams who know their animals, their farms and their conditions.

Many thanks to everyone that has hosted Sam on this trip so far. Your support and hospitality are hugely appreciated.

Great to be back in vet clinics across Qatar this week with our Commercial Manager, Sam Sweetnam.

Time on the ground with vets and partners is always valuable. Sam has been talking through the Mervue range our customers already know and trust, and sharing more about newer additions like Tribiotics.

It’s the conversations in clinic that tell us what vets are seeing day to day, and where we can best support them and the animals in their care.

Great to be in Jordan visiting our ruminant distributor and meeting with distributors from across the region. 🇯🇴 A key part of the visit was our technical seminar focusing on the use of Rumbuff and First Drink, sharing knowledge and practical insights on supporting ruminant health and performance.
