My story with the Magdalene is a very personal one. She has shown up at the most harrowing times of my life and has gifted me the grace and strength to face what I thought I could not. Five years ago today, the Divine Light Essences were birthed into the world. ✨
They have been, and continue to be, a true labour of love — born from my own life experiences, initiations, challenges, healing, and the deepest truths I have encountered along the way.

As each year passes, and life on this beautiful planet feels increasingly intense and challenging, I feel more deeply than ever that the frequencies of the Divine Light Essences can really support us:

🌸 They restore the Sacred Feminine to her rightful place alongside the Masculine — as equal partners, both honoured and both free to express their innate essence.
🌸 They support us in recognising the Divine Light within ourselves and within all beings. Can we look upon those who challenge us, hurt us, betray us, or cross our boundaries, and still remember the spark of the Divine within them? Can we acknowledge that they, too, are part of the Divine tapestry? Can we begin to see how even our deepest challenges may be serving our soul’s evolution?

I have been working with my essences today - making up stock bottles to sell, dosage bottles for clients and creating new combinations that I feel are needed in the collective at the moment.

One of these new combinations is to support healthy boundaries. I put all of the usual essences associated with boundaries into my bottle. It felt strong but a little too much on the masculine side. I felt there was another essence to go in, and a short time later, that essence showed herself to me so quietly and gently as I was choosing essences for a client.

I sat holding the bottle for a few minutes, feeling the gorgeous soft, compassionate, feminine energy of Quan Yin and I realised I haven't connected with her in a while and I don't talk about her energy and her essence enough. So I'm sharing her energies now for you to feel if you would like to....

🌸 She is pure presence - and helps me to become present very quickly,

🌸 She feels like an oasis of peace, love and compassion - and helps me to feel that in myself

🌸 Her overflowing compassion helps her to witness the suffering of others without taking it on herself - and I realise I can also be the neutral compassionate witness, without getting pulled into other peoples' energies, for that serves no one

🌸 She teaches me how I can put soft, loving boundaries in place from an open heart, without causing conflict, and how that brings a beautiful flow of energy into my field

🌸 She shows me how to harness feminine strength and empowerment from my softness and gentleness

In colour therapy, white clears and purifies, helps to dissipate energies of shock and trauma, is very calming, and brings peace. White helps us to become more embodied by helping us to feel safe in our bodies.

Bottle 1 - Hawthorn
A flower often associated with Bealtaine and blooming at this time of year, Hawthorn calms and heals the heart when there has been heartbreak or grief and supports us when our heart is feeling sensitive. Hawthorn works with the energy of the Pericardium Meridian to have the right level of protection around the heart, softening boundaries and armour we may have built up to protect ourselves. Hawthorn helps us to express our love and heart energy out into the world.

Bottle 2 - Inner Harmony
A combination of the Rose Quartz and Divine Power (Citrine), this essence helps to balance our inner feminine and inner masculine energies. My Emerald Heart and Emerald Gem Essences were born out of my own experiences and spontaneous activations into the Emerald frequency at times when I needed stronger grounding and Earth energies. They are deeply connected to the sacred sites for Ireland. Something I’ve noticed is that they call to the hearts of the Irish Diaspora, those with Irish heritage and those who feel a connection to Ireland….I have felt through my client sessions a deep yearning in those with Irish blood who are not living on this sacred land and Emerald often comes forward to support them.

When I was training in CranioSacral Therapy, one of the things that was mentioned consistently was that "you meet yourself on the table". Practitioners who do reflective practice will recognise this - every client reflects back to you something you have either already healed in yourself or they show what still needs to be healed. I see with my own clients I am often just one step ahead of them - the essence I created for myself, comes into a session to support my client or something I have worked on in my own life, comes up for a client.

Everything I offer in my work comes from my own healing journey and lived experiences. Every bottle of essence came through me as an activation in the co-creation process with the Deva of the plant or crystal. And all of the healing journeys I offer are activations, healings and light codes that have come directly to me to be experienced and embodied. And now I am ready to start sharing them more widely.

The Emerald Immersion has been in the works for 11 years - a conscious part of my journey with different pieces of the puzzle dropping in to support me through different life experiences.
