Join me for a Healing Energy Infused Soundbath - an immersive experience to help you release stress, quieten your mind, and reconnect with yourself through the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, gong, drum, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.
You will enter into a calm space, Infused by Healing Energy and once settled we will go on a journey to connect into this Healing Energy from the Universal Field. Followed by sounds from these instruments. Simply lie back, get comfortable, and allow the healing sounds & energy to wash over you.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling with sleep, looking to reduce anxiety, or simply looking for an hour of peace, this Energy Infused Soundbath will give you a space where you can pause, breathe, and recharge.
