✨ Celebrating Excellence at Greystones Nursing Home ✨
We are delighted to share that we recently marked our second year celebrating the DAISY Awards 🌼 at Greystones Nursing Home, as part of our 2026 Evergreen Care DAISY Awards journey.
As the first nursing home group in Ireland to implement this internationally recognised award across all 12 of our homes, Evergreen Care continues to celebrate the exceptional compassion and dedication of our nursing teams.
This year, Shiji Joy, Staff Nurse, was proudly awarded the Greystones Nursing Home DAISY Award as the 2026 winner—marking a significant moment in her journey of dedication and excellence in nursing 👏
We also proudly recognised Anju Mathirampallil Manikuttan, Staff Nurse, who was presented with her DAISY Nominee Certificate, an incredible and well-deserved achievement.
This year’s DASIY awards are extra special as this is the inaugural year for the Evergreen Care BEE Awards. This award celebrates all our nursing home BEEs across the entire Evergreen Care Group. Through their amazing work our BEEs are “Being Excellent Everyday” 🐝,and this award recognises the amazing work of the wider Evergreen Care Nursing Home teams and their outstanding contributions.
For our first year of Evergreen Care BEE awards, our Greystones Nursing Home winners were Lukose Jose, Staff Chef De Pairte, Roisin Keegan, Activities Assistant, Joey Cedric Medor, HCA, Lisa Burke, HCA, Aswathy Santheesan, HCA, and Sima Sukumaran, HCA. All of these amazing Evergreen Care Team Members were proudly awarded the BEE Award as the 2026 Greystones Nursing Home winners, marking a significant moment in their journey of dedication and excellence within the Healthcare sector👏
These awards are a special opportunity to recognise and celebrate the fantastic staff in Greystones Nursing Home and the incredible work they do every day to support and care for our residents ❤️
