Do you sometimes feel like an emotional sponge?
Drained after being drawn into the drama around family?
Wrecked after a social event?
Coming home absolutely banjaxed because you’ve been there for everyone… but wondering has anyone really been there for you?
If you’re an empath like Kate, you may know this feeling all too well.
But I’m here to remind you that being an empath in their power is one of the greatest privileges in the world.
The key is learning to become a wise empath.
To have discernment about what belongs to you, what doesn’t, and how to care for your own energy while still being there for others.
Because your empathy and compassion, when used wisely, can really light up the world.
Think of Lady Diana, Nelson Mandela and Saint Francis of Assisi. Their compassion was part and parcel of the extraordinary fingerprints they left on this earth.
But without discernment, empathy can leave you feeling drained, overwhelmed and burnt out.
I know this because I’m a fellow empath. I’ve had to learn how to sit with people in their hour of need without taking on what belongs to them.
And that is what I want to share with you.
How to use your empathy wisely.
How to love deeply without losing yourself.
How to live well with this extraordinary gift.
I’m here to walk you home. 💗
And if you’re sitting there thinking, “Oh my God, that’s me,” type ME in the comments.
Because maybe this is something we don’t have to navigate alone.
Maybe we can find one another here.
Maybe we can create a beautiful community of empaths who understand what it feels like to feel deeply, love deeply and sometimes carry more than we should.
A place where we can remind one another that we are not too sensitive, we are not too much, and we don’t have to lose ourselves in order to love others.
So if this speaks to your heart, come and say ME.
Let’s find one another.
Let’s support one another.
And let’s learn together how to make our empathy a gift that lights up the world. ✨
