After a heavy morning I, Psychic Mags felt the need for a bit of self care so I got myself an appointment in Irish Celtic Salt Caves, Ballinasloe

What a wonderful way to ground myself and simply relax, reset and recharge

40 minutes of pure relaxation and relieve my lungs and sinuses too

I also know that I will have an amazing sleep tonight too after my session

Definitely work a trip, either alone, with family or friends

Traditionally, on the last night of April, people extinguished their hearth fire and relit it the next morning from a blessed flame.

This symbolised
Clearing out old energy and

Light a candle on the evening of April 30th and say:
