Back in Galway this weekend 💕

This Somatic Breathwork Journey is for anyone who’s feeling a bit overwhelmed, disconnected, or just needing space to breathe and reset.

It’s a activation conscious connected breathwork practice where you’ll wear a headset and be guided by myself and soul-moving music 🎧
The music supports the breath and helps energy move through your body in a really powerful way.

You don’t need any experience at all. You just come, lie down, and breathe.
People often leave feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.

If you’ve been holding a lot, thinking a lot, or feeling like you’re constantly “on”… this is a chance to pause and come back into your body.

✨ Somatic Breathwork with Sarah ✨

Somatic Breathwork is a guided activation breathing journey that helps you slow down, drop out of your busy mind, and reconnect with your body by allowing your breath to guide you back to yourself.

Using conscious connected breathing, where the inhale and exhale flow together without pauses. This style of breathing activates your body’s natural ability to release stress, regulate your nervous system, and let go of stored emotions and tension.

So much of our lives is spent pushing our bodies through stress, emotions, and exhaustion. Somatic breathwork creates a safe space to pause, breathe, and let your body release what it’s been holding onto.

No experience needed, just show up with an open mind and prepare to breath 🤍

This class blends the energising flow of Vinyasa to music with the calming, meditative depth of Yin Yoga, the perfect balance of movement and stillness to leave you feeling strong, open, grounded and deeply relaxed.

💫 We’ll begin with a fun, uplifting and dynamic music-led Vinyasa flow to build heat and strength in the body…
before melting into long-held Yin postures, allowing you to slow down, soften, and release tension at a deeper level.

Warm restorative yoga ~ it’s all about slowing down in a gently heated room, being fully supported by blankets and bolsters, and letting your body rest.

Life has been loud, fast, heavy, for most of us for far too long, our nervous systems is often stuck in “on.” This practice gives it permission to switch off.

We will hold a few simple, comfortable shapes for longer periods of time, no effort, no pushing, while the gentle heat helps your muscles relax and your breath deepen naturally.

You will leave feeling:
✨ calmer
✨ lighter
✨ grounded
✨ rested

No experience required. Just show up as you are and let the heat, stillness, and support do the work.

This is rest that actually reaches your nervous system.

On May 17th, I’ll be returning to Ennis, my hometown, to facilitate a 9D Somatic Breathwork experience, and I honestly cannot wait.

I taught yoga here many years ago, and after time away, I feel beyond grateful to come home and share this incredible modality! Once a month in The Ennis Yoga Studio we will create a space for deep healing, connection & transformation!

What is 9D Breathwork?
9D Breathwork is a powerful guided Breathwork experience using breath, music, sound and voice through headsets that help you:
🌬️ slow your nervous system
🧠 quiet the mental noise
💛 release stored stress and emotion
✨ reconnect with yourself in a really powerful way

You don’t have to talk.
You don’t have to relive anything.
You just breathe and your body does the rest.

Through conscious, connected breathwork you will be guided into an expanded state of awareness. From this higher state of consciousness, the body is able to access, process, and release stored emotions, tension, and old patterns, safely, and powerfully.

No prior breathwork is needed, just an open heart, mind and a willingness to breathe.

I’m so excited to be bringing Breathwork to my friend’s studio in Ballina, Mayo. Thank you Niamh 💕

✨ This month’s 9D Breathwork Journeys ✨

Where do you feel it in your body?

Tight jaw.
Heavy chest.
Knotted stomach.
A low back that never fully relaxes.

These aren’t random.
They’re places your nervous system learned to hold emotion.

We’re taught to “think our way through” stress, but the body doesn’t work that way.

Unprocessed emotions stay stored until the body feels safe enough to release them.

This class blends the energising flow of Vinyasa to music with the calming, meditative depth of Yin Yoga, the perfect balance of movement and stillness to leave you feeling strong, open, grounded and deeply relaxed.

💫 We’ll begin with a fun, uplifting Vinyasa sequence to build heat and strength in the body…
then slow everything down with Yin Yoga, holding poses for 3–5 minutes to gently release tension and nourish the deeper connective tissues.

Expect to leave feeling:
✨ lighter in your body
✨ calmer in your mind
✨ more connected to yourself
