MYTH: NO PAIN NO GAIN
In reality this just isn't the case. In the sports rehab space the aim is to train smarter not neccesarily harder. The correct volume, load, movement, timing and recovery are what will get you back performing to the best of your ability.
Some pain and discomfort with training of course is normal BUT sharp pain, limping, or pain that worsens during/after training is not. That is your body telling you to adjust your approach.
