The 5 traits you need:

1️⃣ Be willing to learn

3️⃣ Stop the comparison with other people and with your older self
4️⃣ Know that your smallest version is not necessarily your healthiest version
5️⃣ Understand that it’s not all just about the number on the scale. Your overall health is about so much more than that. In fact your body weight may be the least interesting thing in the whole journey.
