Suited and booted...

It was interview day for the Final Awards with Network Ireland at AIB Molesworth St. Dublin.

Stopped off at Hotel for a cuppa and to settle the nerves. It was also a lovely spot to meet and network with other finalists.

All went well... I'm proud of my achievement in reaching National Level to represent both myself and my branch NetworkIrelandKildareBranch

Thank you to the judges who were once again very encouraging and supportive...
Thanks to AIB and the facilitators for looking after us so calmly, enabling us to feel more at ease.

Congratulations to all the Finalists who were there today.

I'll be looking forward to Sept 18th when we meet again in Galway for the Awards ceremony. That will be a fun time... 🥳🎉👏🎶

I attended the RDS yesterday for the spectacular competition called the Puissance.. (French word for Power)

This competition is a test of strength, of bravery and of trust...
The riders have to be deeply connected with their magnificent horses as they approach that 'Wall'.
The 'Wall' is a fence that the horses can neither see through, nor over, and it is huge!
Those brave horses have to be super brave to face up to the challenge.
They have to muster all their strength to attempt this great feat.
And...
They have to trust the rider that there is a safe place to land on the other side...
That trust is vital as the rider communicates the best approach and positioning to sail through the air together to make it to the other side.
Powerful indeed... Puissance

The RDS is also a brilliant place to enjoy connecting with family and friends.
I loved meeting my friend Sunhee Choi | Soul Journeys Hypnotherapist & Storyteller at the RDS. We had so much to catch up on. 👏👏

In the exhibition hall I also encountered my NetworkIrelandKildareBranch colleague standing proudly at her EQUIEIRE stand. I love how Network Ireland is like having friends everywhere we go.

Networking is about making real connections with others...
Meetings are about planning to get things done...
But networking and meetings do not have to be boring.

At our morning Business Networking meetings with the energy is electric, inspiring and contagious...

Jainette Duffy certainly woke us up for her business presentation on July 24th

I 'threw' a few words of gratitude out as well that morning... 😃

We had longstanding members, new members and visitors all networking together at .

In fact the visitors who attended that morning signed up as they felt so welcome and energized.

✨ What an incredible Sunday morning! ✨

A huge thank you to everyone who joined me for this powerful hypnotherapy and breathwork session. It was an absolute privilege to guide you through the experience and witness the incredible shifts, breakthroughs, and transformations that took place.

The feedback has been amazing, and I’m so grateful to hear how many of you left feeling calmer, lighter, more empowered, and deeply supported. Thank you all for trusting me and allowing me to be part of your journey.

A very special thank you to Ally for the warm welcome and for providing such a fantastic space for us. It was wonderful to work together and create such a positive and supportive environment.

When we started, they were feeling stuck and overwhelmed by anxiety, and now, just a few weeks later, the improvement in their anxiety questionnaire is nothing short of inspiring. Sometimes the biggest victories aren’t the ones the world sees... they’re the quiet ones within.
Today, one of my clients shared this beautiful photo of a vibrant purple flower (and the gorgeous Stella 😻) to celebrate a huge personal milestone. Her words touched my heart:
“A lovely new purple flower (and kitten Stella 😅) to mark such a successful day for me! I can’t thank you enough, Helen.”
What makes this moment so special isn’t just the flower... it’s what it represents.
This is someone who has worked hard to overcome anxiety, find inner calm, and reconnect with herself. Today, she chose to celebrate that journey by treating herself with kindness and gratitude.
Healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to yourself.
Never underestimate the power of acknowledging your own progress. The smallest acts of self-love can become powerful reminders of how far you’ve come.
Today, she didn’t just buy a flower...she honoured herself. 💜
And that is something worth celebrating.
