You’re about to start something you’re not fully sure you have the time, energy, or headspace for.

You’ll question it at times.
You’ll feel stretched.

There’ll be evenings where you’re tired and wondering why you signed up for it in the first place.

But keep going 🤍

Because somewhere along the way, things will start to click.

You’ll find your voice in this work a little more.

You’ll understand more deeply why it matters to you.

And one day, you’ll be standing at the end of it—quietly proud, a bit emotional, and really grateful you didn’t talk yourself out of it. ✨️

Join us for a special International Women’s Day Community Event celebrating women from all walks of life.

Hosted by Tara Thompson of The Quest Yoga, with guest facilitator Lisa Price, Choir Director and Vocal Coach, this uplifting gathering brings women together through connection, movement, and music.

This inclusive and welcoming event is open to women of all ages, cultures, abilities, and backgrounds. It’s an opportunity to connect, reflect, and celebrate the strength and diversity of women in our community.

Through singing and music, participants will reconnect with themselves, boost feel-good endorphins, and experience a shared sense of harmony and connection.

Join us to celebrate this special day with a local community event in Kildare.

We’ll be running two sessions:
Sunday 8th March 2026
Balanced Bodies Holistic Centre- Newbridge
11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

This two-hour wellness event includes trauma-informed yoga, suitable for all levels, followed by a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra guided meditation.
