There are times when life asks so much of us that our minds and bodies simply can't keep up.

This lovely client came to me feeling mentally exhausted, emotionally drained, and beginning to experience physical pain from carrying so much.

This is what she shared after just one Reflexology session...

I honestly didn’t think one session could make much of a difference and that I needed more, but whatever Esther did that time (I have no clue as I had drifted off to nirvana shortly after she put her hands on me!), I felt deeply relaxed during the session and absolutely fresh afterwards."

Gratitude

Each year, this amaryllis quietly rests beneath the surface, unseen… waiting.

In March, it begins to stir. A gentle, tentative peek through the soil, almost as if it’s unsure of itself. Then slowly, steadily, it rises. Growing taller each day, finding its strength.

And then… almost overnight… it blooms.

A magnificent blossom. Bold, radiant, impossible to ignore. It stands in its full beauty for such a short time and then, just as quietly, it fades back into the comfort of the earth.

It blooms in April, every year without fail.

And every year, it reminds me of my dear friend who passed in 2020.

So like this flower beautiful, radiant, full of life… here for a fleeting moment, yet leaving a lasting imprint on the heart.

The amaryllis is said to symbolise strength, radiance, and beauty — and we saw all of that in her.

A gentle reminder that even the briefest presence can leave the deepest impact 🤍
