I’m deeply saddened to hear the sad news of Bernadette Devine (wee Bee), who was part of my classes for so many years through the Luncheon Club at Strabane Community Project. She was such a happy, energetic, and truly amazing lady who brought warmth and positivity wherever she went. She will be greatly missed by us all and everyone who knew her 💔

Thank you so much to everyone who joined me over the past 6 weeks. It’s been such a lovely journey sharing movement, laughter, balance, and calm together 🙏

I hope you all felt the benefits and will keep practicing our Tai Chi walking and movements as part of your daily routine.

A special thank you as well for such a thoughtful gift from Loretta, it truly meant so much and was deeply appreciated 💚

From scenic hikes and uplifting sea dips to energising exercise classes and calming Tai Chi… it’s been a full and feel-good week and we are not finished yet 💚

…behind the scenes, plenty of admin keeping everything running smoothly too 🙌

So good to see everyone showing up, getting involved, and supporting each other. That mix of movement, connection, and community is what it’s all about 💙
