A big thank you to everyone who joined me for T’ai Chi and for the lovely, thoughtful gifts 💚💐

It’s been an absolute pleasure sharing this journey with you all and watching everyone grow in their practice. It’s been lovely to see your strength, balance and flexibility improve along the way.

A special thank you to Fountain Street and The National Lottery Community Fund for making this possible, and to Marie, who kindly lets us in every week. We really appreciate it! ❤️

Thank you all for your support, enthusiasm and for making our sessions so enjoyable. You’ve been a pleasure to teach, and I hope we’ll get the chance to continue again after Christmas 🥰☯️ The National Lottery Community Fund Northern Ireland Fountain Street

An amazing group of ladies who meet every Wednesday in Sion Mills Community Association ❤️ There’s plenty of chat, great banter and putting the world to rights! 😂 But beneath all the laughs is a lovely group of women who genuinely care for and support one another. A special bunch of ladies who make Wednesdays that little bit brighter 🥰❤️

You have all been amazing, and it’s lovely to see the progress every single one of you has made. Your strength, balance and flexibility have all come on so well, and you should be really proud of yourselves 🥰

A huge thank you to each and every one of you for coming along, getting involved and making our sessions so enjoyable. It’s been a real pleasure sharing these evenings with you all ❤️

Hopefully, we’ll get another block after Christmas and can keep it going into the New Year. 🤞🎄

Looking forward to seeing you all on tomorrow evening! 💚
