π« There's an old saying: "If you're good at something, never do it for free."
To be honest, I don't fully agree with that.
I believe I'm truly blessed to be in a position where I can help others through the skills and knowledge I've developed. Whether it's helping someone in the gym lose weight, build confidence, and improve their health, or helping a physical therapy client reduce pain and get back to doing the things they love, that's what gives this work meaning.
If you have the ability to help people, it's not always about money. Of course, we all need to earn a living and cover our bills, but the real reward comes from making a positive difference in someone's life.
I got into this industry because I wanted to help as many people as possibleβnot because I wanted to fill my pockets. Success isn't measured only by what you earn; it's measured by the value you bring to others.
Be a person of value. Use your skills, knowledge, and experience to make someone's life a little better. In the end, helping people feel healthier, stronger, happier, and pain-free is worth far more than money alone.
