A huge variety of wellness treatments and therapies for you .
Lymphatic drainage massage - removing toxins , elevating energy , increasing joint and muscle movement , reducing stress & anxiety , reducing bloating and water retention.
Menopause Massage - exactly that using beautiful gentle techniques in a calm peaceful environment incorporating pressure points to reduce various symptoms & using breath work to lower the stress levels associated with the menopause .
Swedish / Deep tissue using hand techniques and suction cupping . Enhancing muscle tone and release as well as reducing tension , stress and joint pain/ pressure .
Indian head massage- providing a beautiful relaxing massage to remove tension and stress in the head and neck back and shoulders .
Holistic facials including Gua Sha , Lymphatic, holistic and seaweed .
Target Release massage - this is clients choice of area that may need some extra attention can be 30/45 or 60 minute .

Lymphatic drainage / this has been a favourite client therapy for 6 years very beneficial for many issues .
Cupping / this is using plastic cups using a suction method great for removing tension and also enhancing lymphatic drainage .

Ahh here we go !
So lovely ladies who are literally looking for some lovely therapy to help with some of the symptoms as stated below of the menopause ! Of course there are many more !
Yes that almost finally not a taboo subject .
I offer menopause massage this can be given in conjunction with some of my other therapies like lymphatic or Indian head massage .
But on its own it is a very powerful and supportive tool for anyone who is peri , menopause or post menopause ! Using specific techniques with acupressure points to hit certain issues this is a calm , peaceful and relaxing therapy .

This is a post directed to any woman experiencing perimenopause , menopause or post menopause .
This is for you !
It’s not always fair to say that the onset of menopause is due to irregular periods it can also be brain fog , sleep issues , joint pain or stiffness , constant fatigue , mood swings etc yes they are all signs of menopause but also perimenopause .
We often reach out for HRT but to be totally honest that’s generally the only support women get ! I am now offering menopause massage and soon I will be advising using coaching and weight and nutritional management as well .
This massage combines all techniques plus more ! We use pressure points to assist various issues as well as inducing a very calm and nurturing environment . Using breathing and relaxation techniques is something added into this particular session .
