We had the best time in our Dublin 13 location for the Little Lotus Kids Summer Sessions!

From start to finish, it was filled with smiles, fun stories, and amazing memories.

The kids were completely hooked the entire time (which every parent knows is a total win! 🙌), and honestly, I had just as much fun! ❤️

🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️ I had an amazing week teaching yoga to girls and boys as part of their July summer programme in their school 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️

It was a privilege to be asked and share this skill with such bright, intelligent children.

We flowed through yoga poses together (even some teachers got involved which I loved 😍) played yoga games, decorated beautiful dream catchers and meditated to end our sessions with a sense of calm.

I had some really gorgeous feedback from some of the children which fills my heart with so much gratitude to do what I do ❤️

A week well spent 🥰

🎉 A snippet of the fun we had at our winners party in our last yoga class for the summer 🥳 🏆

Full disclosure...not alot of yoga was done that day! 🙈

We were having way too much fun decorating pancakes 🥞 playing at our sensory zone, crafting bracelets 📿 bubble disco was in full swing 🫧 and who could forget getting our faces painted by the very talented denise .facepaint 🫶

It is a day I will remember forever and I hope the kids will too 🥰

🏆 Best Class for Inclusivity 2026 🏆

What an honour to be awarded such a title!

I have the best kids and families who attend Little Lotus. Creating a supportive, welcoming environment for them is my absolute priority!

To celebrate our win 🎉 we had a class party with all the kids, a pancake station, Facepainting, balloons, sensory activities...

Each child was also presented with a gold medal 🏅 because at Little Lotus, we are all winners!
