Our wireless compression boots are one of the easiest ways to give your legs some much needed TLC

At Revibe, our boots are fully wireless and deliver up to 240 mmHg of pressure compared to many popular recovery boot systems that operate at around 100-110 mmHg maximum. This gives us ability to tailor sessions from gentle recovery right through to high performance athletic recovery.

Using dynamic air compression, they gently squeeze and release the legs in a wave like pattern to help:

✅ Reduce muscle soreness after training
✅ Improve circulation
✅ Ease tired, heavy legs

When we opened Revibe we made a promise that we would reinvest and improve wherever we could.

We are making some huge improvements soon and for that reason, we will need to temporarily close our contrast area during the dates below!
Wednesday 24th June to Sunday 5th July

We’ll keep everyone updated and confirm our reopening date closer to the end of the closure period as we may open sooner🤍

Classes will still be open for bookings.

For all of our valued members, memberships will be looked after during the closure period. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

Start with a 45-minute yoga class at 7pm, then unwind with access to Revibe’s sauna, showers and recovery space.

Friday 19th | 7:00pm | €20 per person

Members of our Mothers and Others football group took an evening away from the pitch and enjoyed a wonderful evening at Recovery & Wellbeing this week.

The group had the opportunity to learn more about recovery, wellness, and self-care in the lovely facilities provided by Revibe.

A great time was had by all, and the experience came highly recommended by the group. The M&O group would like to thank the team at Revibe Recovery and Wellness for their hospitality and gorgeous facilities. They are looking forward to their next visit already.
