After years of trying to conceive, navigating PCOS, fertility treatment and the heartbreak of miscarriage, Emma’s journey brought her through more than she ever expected.

She began acupuncture in July 2024, finding a calm and supportive space where she could feel heard, understand her cycle and take things one step at a time alongside her medical care.

In April 2026, Emma welcomed her beautiful identical twin girls at 36 weeks 🤍

Her story is one of grief, resilience, hope and learning to trust her own timeline.

Thank you, Emma, for allowing us to share such a personal journey. I hope her words bring a little comfort to anyone navigating their own path towards parenthood. 🫶🏼

This is your sign to listen to the signals that your body is giving you. 💭✈️💤

Low energy, brain fog, poor sleep, cycle changes and feeling constantly depleted are still worth paying attention to.

Your symptoms matter, even when the answers aren’t immediately obvious on paper.

Sometimes, we need to look beyond a single result and consider the full picture: your cycle, stress, sleep, digestion and overall wellbeing.

Normal results don’t mean you have to settle for feeling off. 🤍

Hi everyone, I’m Paula 🤍

It’s been a little while since I last introduced myself, so I thought I’d share a little more about my story and how it has shaped the way I practice today.

I truly love what I do, and more importantly, I love being part of your journey. Whether that’s towards parenthood, better hormonal health or simply feeling more like yourself again.

Thank you for being here. I’m excited to connect with you more, both here on social media and in the clinic. ✨

If you ever have any questions, my inbox is always open!

We’ve normalised feeling “off” for so long that it starts to feel normal…🤷‍♀️

If I could tell every woman three things about her hormones, it’d be this...

• Feeling exhausted, irritable, bloated or having painful periods isn’t something you should just have to “put up with.” Common doesn’t always mean normal

• Your hormones don’t work in isolation. Stress, sleep, nutrition and overall health all play a role, which is why looking at the bigger picture matters

• You don’t have to wait until things feel unmanageable before asking for support. The earlier you start listening to your body, the better

These are conversations I have in clinic every week, and I wish more women knew that feeling better is possible.

Your body isn’t working against you. Sometimes it just needs the right support. 🤍

“Have you tried reducing your stress?”

It’s one of the most common responses women hear when they seek help for hormone symptoms, painful periods, fertility challenges or menopause.

The irony is that stress does matter. It influences the nervous system, hormone signalling, sleep, inflammation and even how we experience pain.

The problem isn’t acknowledging stress. It’s treating it as the entire explanation.

Women’s health is rarely that simple.

Acupuncture works differently. Rather than telling you to “switch off”, it aims to support your nervous system so your body is better equipped to respond to the demands of everyday life.

Because women deserve healthcare that asks better questions, looks at the bigger picture and takes their symptoms seriously.

What happens when the needle goes in? ✨

Acupuncture stimulates specific points on the body, sending signals through the nervous system that can help regulate hormones, reduce stress, improve circulation and support the body’s natural healing processes.

For fertility and hormone health, this can mean better communication between the brain, ovaries and reproductive system.
