प्ले स्कूल में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में छोटे-छोटे बच्चों की मासूम मुस्कान, उनकी चमकती आँखें और उनका उत्साह देखकर मन खुशी से भर गया। ऐसा लगा जैसे मैं अपने ही बचपन की दुनिया में लौट आई हूँ। ये नन्हें बच्चे ही हमारे भविष्य की सबसे बड़ी आशा हैं, और उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य के लिए कुछ अच्छा करने की प्रेरणा भी मिली। बहुत ही सुखद अनुभव रहा 🥰Makoons play school की teachers, coordinator का बच्चों के प्रति लगाव, प्यार और अपनापन दर्शाता है कि स्कूल का वातावरण बच्चों के लिए बहुत ही अच्छा है जो कि बच्चे के भविष्य की नींव के लिए बहुत जरूरी है।

Today, one of my patients thanked me after becoming parents after so many struggles and treatments, they overwhelmed me with lots of blessings. 1year ago they had come to me , they were so hope less from taking treatments from here and there, after their counseling they had taken my treatment and now Result is here.

1. Cervical cancer ke बारे में जागरूक rahe और vaccination कराए!
लड़कियों के लिए 9 से 14 वर्ष की आयु में टीका लगवाना सबसे अच्छा माना जाता है। हालांकि, इसे 26 वर्ष (और कुछ मामलों में 45 वर्ष तक) की आयु तक लगवाया जा सकता है।

हमारे यहां Cervavac (स्वदेशी टीका), Gardasil, और Cervarix जैसे टीके उपलब्ध हैं।
2. नियमित स्क्रीनिंग (Screening Tests) कराने चाहिए
स्क्रीनिंग से कैंसर होने से पहले की असामान्य कोशिकाओं का पता लगाया जा सकता है, जिनका इलाज कर कैंसर को रोका जा सकता है।
पैप स्मीयर (Pap Smear):
यह परीक्षण 21 वर्ष की आयु के बाद हर 3 साल में कराना चाहिए
एचपीवी डीएनए टेस्ट (HPV DNA Test): 30 वर्ष की आयु के बाद हर 5 साल में यह टेस्ट कराना चाहिए
