Your core is not just about muscles, it’s about pressure.

Intra-Abdominal Pressure (IAP) acts like an internal support system that stabilizes your spine before any movement even begins🧍‍♂️.

When this pressure system isn’t working properly, the body compensates with overactive muscles ⚠️, leading to poor posture, weakness, and even pain over time 😣.

Breathing plays a huge role here 🫁. Most people think breathing is just chest up and down, but optimal breathing is actually 3-dimensional—your ribs expand sideways, your abdomen moves outward, and even your back subtly expands 🔄.

This creates a uniform pressure cylinder inside your body, which truly supports your spine during movement, lifting 🏋️, and even daily activities 🚶‍♂️.
