Neck mobilization combined with stretching is a fantastic way to relieve tension, improve range of motion, and undo the damage of staring at screens.

โ€‹To get the most out of this, mobilize first (gentle movement to warm up the joints) and stretch second (holding positions to elongate the muscles).
