Responsibilities, Duties, and Accountabilities:
• Professionally welcome patients and ensure a patient-centred, comfortable service experience.
• Register patients, input their information, and provide requested services through the electronic system.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments, and coordinate patient flow across relevant departments.
• Conduct initial patient assessments, including vital signs measurement and pre-examination preparation.
• Collect and accurately document both objective and subjective patient health information.
• Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician instructions with precision.
• Provide basic and advanced first aid in emergency situations, following established protocols.
• Collect blood and laboratory samples, ensuring correct labelling, safe handling, and transport in compliance with infection control standards.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment safely, and educate patients on treatment procedures, medications, and proper use of medical or home devices.
• Cover the Communication Department by responding to patient inquiries, handling messages and phone calls, and coordinating between departments.
• Deliver laboratory and basic home nursing services upon request, following the medical complex policies.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to safety, infection control, and proper medical waste disposal standards.
• Monitor, supply, and maintain medical supplies and first aid equipment consistently.
• Perform administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, archiving, and responding to emails.
• Support operational and clinical processes and undertake any additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
