Erasmus+ project To achieve this, TALES will implement two main activities.

TALES aims to enhance the skills of youth workers working with young women in marginalized communities, including migrant women, women living in Roma settlements, women facing violence and discrimination, and those in patriarchal areas. The project promotes trauma-sensitive, non-formal education methods that empower young women, strengthen youth workers’ competences, and foster inclusive and suppo

rtive communities. TALES aims to provide youth workers with innovative tools to address mental health, resilience, and social integration challenges. The TALES Training (7 days) will provide youth workers with the multimodal art expression and resilience based Marchio&Patti method to support young women facing psychological/social challenges. The TALES Seminar (5 days) will serve as a space for youth workers to exchange and fine tune best practices related to the local practices projects (women circle and AI mentoring), learn and refine trauma-informed methodologies, and develop strategies for outreach and dissemination. TALES will develop innovative outputs: Tara, the Trauma-Sensitive AI Mentor, will serve as a digital resource offering guidance and psychological support strategies for youth workers working with marginalized communities. The TALES Women Circles & Guide will provide a structured model for peer-led support groups, creating safe spaces for self-expression, empowerment, and gender equality discussions. The project will also develop TALES Cards & Ribbon of Peace, interactive and artistic multiplicatory and dissemination tools designed to facilitate dialogue, group activities and self-reflection.

Thrilled to take part in this prestigious international conference dedicated to promoting individual and social well-being through innovative methodologies.
This year, we are proud to present our workshop: "Marchio-Patti Creative Arts Therapies: fostering flexible perspectives to boost intrapersonal and social abilities in Youth and Youth workers."
During our hands-on, experiential session, we will explore new ways to enhance psychological flexibility and relational skills using stories written by women for women from our TALES project: "24 pomegranate seeds: symbolic tales for modern Persephones".
By working with modern Persephone archetypes, we aim to guide youth workers through powerful paths of self-discovery, transformation, and social empowerment.

✨ Empowering Europe: Taking Knowledge to the Heart of the City! ✨

Our journey began with a vision: a strategic synergy where expertise, experience, and deep bonds of friendship unite to foster a shared, truly inclusive sense of well-being. 🌍🤝 Associazione La città del sole Locri and Origó Műhely

We turned this vision into action during five extraordinary days of workshops in Budapest, an experience that truly left its mark. Experts from across Europe staged a "positive takeover" of the city, stepping out of traditional classrooms and into the vibrant public parks. We transformed these spaces into hubs of growth, dialogue, and the open sharing of knowledge—making high-level education democratic, free, and accessible to everyone. 🌳💡

These were days of collective evolution, where academic rigor met community spirit to promote equality and social inclusion. 🎓

We are incredibly proud to have seen this innovative project recognized by the Italian Cultural Institute in Budapest and supported by the representatives of Budapest’s 8th District.

Thank you to everyone who helped build this European network. The path toward a more inclusive future is wide open, and together, we are just getting started!

📢 TALES Project Seminar Days: Driving Change from the Ground Up
We are excited to announce the TALES Project Seminar Days, a pivotal moment for dialogue and action dedicated to promoting gender equality through collective effort.

We believe that real change happens from the ground up. To this end, we are bringing together 9 leading experts in Budapest from July 6th to 12th, who will share their expertise, vision, and concrete strategies.

Our sessions will focus on two core, critical areas:

🌱 Trauma Recovery: We will explore tools and approaches to support resilience and healing paths, essential for those who have experienced vulnerability.

🛡️ Combating Gender-Based Violence: We will address the structural dynamics of violence, promoting systemic countermeasures and effective, on-the-ground interventions.
