New Beginnings: Conscious Creation
Sunday 19 April | Alma Sana, Jersey
This workshop is centred around recognising what you are ready to begin, and making a decision to choose the energy of that consciously.
It aligns with the New Moon in Aries, which marks the beginning of the astrological year. A natural reset point. A shift into new energy, direction and momentum.
Through guided reflection, practical exercises and meditation, we’ll explore how intention starts within before it becomes something you experience in your life. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction, a deeper understanding of your own patterns, and a simple way to anchor what you’re stepping into. This is grounded in pioneering work around how attention, emotion and belief patterns shape our experience of life.

So across the year, we’ll be running a series of four workshops, each aligned with a different natural cycle of the energy within, around and above us:
