PROSTATE DISORDERS (MEN HEALTH)
1):-Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH):
A non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate gland common in men over 50.
It obstructs the urethra, causing frequent urination, difficulty starting a stream, and urinary retention.
2):-Prostatitis:
Inflammation or infection of the prostate, which can cause painful urination, pelvic pain, and flu-like symptoms.
3):-Prostate Cancer:
The most common cancer in men after skin cancer, often slow-growing and treatable if detected early using physical exams or a Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) blood test.
TESTICULAR CONDITIONS
1):-Testicular Cancer:
Although rare overall, it is the most common cancer in men ages 20 to 39. It typically presents as a painless lump or swelling in the testicle.
2):-Testicular Torsion:
A surgical emergency where a testicle rotates, twisting the spermatic cord and cutting off blood flow, causing sudden, severe pain and swelling
3):-.Varicocele:
An enlargement of the veins within the sc***um, similar to varicose veins. It is a leading cause of male infertility due to elevated scrotal temperature.
4):-Cryptorchidism:
A condition where one or both testicles fail to descend into the sc***um before birth, significantly increasing the risk of infertility and testicular cancer if untreated
PE**LE AND ERECTILE DISORDERS
1):-Erectile Dysfunction (ED):
The persistent inability to achieve or maintain an er****on, often linked to cardiovascular issues, diabetes, or psychological factors.
2):-Peyronie's Disease:
The development of scar tissue inside the p***s, leading to curved, painful er****ons.
3):-Phimosis:
A condition in uncircumcised males where the fo****in is too tight to be pulled back over the head of the p***s.
WHEN TO SEE A DOCTOR
