M-wellness

M-wellness Slogan. Replace i-llness with we-llness.

The mission is to promote help-seeking behaviors and emotional well-being practices and prevent youths from mental instability because mental health is as important as physical health.

In today’s fast-moving world, it’s easy to feel like everyone else is ahead, happier, more successful, or living a better life. Social media, pressure from peers, and constant comparison can leave us feeling anxious, left out, and emotionally exhausted. But constantly chasing what others have can make us lose sight of our own journey.

Join us as we unpack the Fear of Missing Out (FOMO); understanding where it comes from, how it affects our mental health, relationships, and self-esteem, and how to build contentment, confidence, and peace within ourselves. Your life does not have to look like everyone else’s to still be meaningful.

Happy New Week 😁

Kindness costs nothing, yet it can mean everything to someone silently struggling 💙
May we continue creating spaces filled with love, compassion, joy, and healing within our communities.
Every smile shared, every helping hand, and every act of care reminds people that they are not alone 🌱

Here is what we learned this Tuesday at M-Wellness 🗣️🤍

Being kind to yourself means speaking to yourself with compassion, giving yourself grace, and understanding that growth takes time. This week, we explored how self-kindness helps us heal from self-criticism, pressure, and unrealistic expectations.

You do not have to be perfect to deserve love, rest, or peace. Treat yourself with the same patience and understanding you give to others. Healing begins when you choose compassion over criticism 🤍

It's very easy to become your own harshest critic. You push, you strive, you expect but rarely pause to offer yourself the same kindness you give to others. Yet, self-compassion is not weakness; it is a powerful step toward healing and growth.

Join us as we explore what it truly means to be kind to yourself; learning to silence self-criticism, embrace your imperfections, and treat yourself with patience, grace, and understanding. Because you deserve the same love and care you so freely give away.

Here is what we learned this Tuesday at M-Wellness🗣️🤍

Healing requires honesty with ourselves. This week, we explored the difference between accountability and blame; understanding that blame keeps us stuck, while accountability empowers growth and change. Taking responsibility for our thoughts, actions, and patterns allows us to break cycles and build healthier relationships.
Accountability is not about perfection, but about growth, self-awareness, and choosing to do better. When we stop pointing fingers and start looking within, we create space for real healing and transformation 🤍

Here is what we learned last Tuesday at M-Wellness 🗣️🤍

Not everything that feels intense is love. This week, we explored the difference between love, lust, and trauma bonding; understanding that love is safe, consistent, and rooted in respect, while lust is temporary and driven by desire. Trauma bonding, on the other hand, keeps us stuck in cycles of pain disguised as connection.

Recognizing these differences helps us choose healthier relationships and protect our emotional well-being. You deserve a love that feels safe, peaceful, and genuine; not confusing or painful 🤍

Healing requires honesty but not harshness. There is a difference between taking responsibility for your actions and carrying blame that was never yours. Accountability empowers growth, while blame often keeps us stuck in shame, guilt, and self-punishment.

Join us as we explore how to take healthy accountability without losing compassion for yourself; how to unlearn blame, process pain, and grow through your experiences without breaking yourself in the process. Because true healing is not about tearing yourself down, but building yourself back up with truth and grace.

Not every connection is love and not every feeling is healthy. Sometimes what feels intense and irresistible can actually be confusion, attachment wounds, or emotional dependency disguised as love. Understanding the difference is key to protecting your heart and your mental well-being.

Join us as we unpack the thin lines between love, lust, and trauma bonding; how to recognize each, break unhealthy cycles, and build relationships rooted in clarity, respect, and genuine connection. Because the right love won’t leave you confused, drained, or questioning your worth.

Here is what we learned this Tuesday at M-Wellness 🗣️🤍

Sometimes we love people who don’t choose us because of past wounds, unmet needs, or the desire to feel valued. This week, we learned that real love does not require chasing or proving your worth.

Choose yourself, know your value, and allow space for mutual, healthy love 🤍
