Does your child often sit in a W-position or tend to turn their knees inward? 🦵✨

Through play and targeted movement, we can work on ankle and foot mobility, lower-limb alignment, strength and stability.

In this little exercise sequence, we focus on:
🦶 Gentle ankle and foot stretching
💪 Dragging activities while encouraging good foot and ankle positioning
🏋️ Squatting to strengthen the legs, hips and core while promoting better alignment

It’s not simply about changing the sitting position — it’s about helping children develop the mobility, strength and body awareness they need for more efficient movement. 💙
