Yammy. ❤️quesadillas
This Cheesy Chicken Tikka Quesadilla is so crispy, cheesy, and irresistible you’ll crave it on repeat! 🤤🔥
Ingredients
For Chicken Tikka Filling
300 g boneless chicken (small cubes)
3 tbsp thick yogurt (45 g)
1 tbsp lemon juice (15 g)
1 tbsp oil (15 g)
1 tsp garlic paste (5 g)
1 tsp ginger paste (5 g)
1 tsp paprika (5 g)
1 tsp tikka seasoning (5 g)
½ tsp salt (3 g)
½ tsp black pepper (2 g)
For Quesadilla
4 medium flour tortillas
1½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (150 g)
1 tbsp butter or oil for toasting (15 g)
Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate Chicken
In a bowl mix yogurt, lemon juice, oil, garlic paste, ginger paste, paprika, tikka seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken and mix well. Marinate for 20–30 minutes.
2️⃣ Cook the Chicken
Heat a pan on medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked and slightly charred.
3️⃣ Assemble Quesadilla
Place a tortilla on a pan. Add a layer of cheese, then cooked chicken, then more cheese on top. Cover with another tortilla (or fold in half).
4️⃣ Toast Until Crispy
Cook on medium heat with a little butter or oil. Press gently and cook until golden, crispy, and cheese fully melted. Flip and cook the other side.
5️⃣ Serve
Cut into slices and serve hot with garlic sauce, salsa, or sour cream.
