❤️ Building a Heart-Safe Temple with CPR & AED Awareness!

Today, team My AED4U conducted CPR and AED training for the staff members, volunteers and devotees of Sri Muniswarar Temple, Jalan Baru, Perai.

With an AED installed in the temple’s main hall, we hope to empower more people to respond confidently when a sudden cardiac arrest occurs.

An AED is only truly valuable when people know where to find it and how to use it. Together, let’s turn awareness into action and make our places of worship safer for everyone!

At MyAED4U, we believe that saving a life should never be the responsibility of healthcare professionals alone. Every one of us can make a difference when someone suffers a sudden cardiac arrest.

Throughout the years, MyAED4U has been committed to raising awareness, sharing CPR and AED knowledge, conducting hands-on training, and helping communities, organisations and workplaces become better prepared for cardiac emergencies.

Our mission goes beyond supplying Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). We believe that an AED must be accessible, people must know where to find it, and someone must have the confidence to use it when needed.

This World Restart a Heart Day, let us remember three simple steps:

🫀 CHECK – Check the person's responsiveness and breathing.

📞 CALL – Call emergency services and get help.

🤲 COMPRESS – Start CPR chest compressions and follow the emergency call handler's instructions.

Don't be afraid to learn. Don't underestimate the power of your hands. Your willingness to act could make a life-saving difference.
