Confidence is not believing you are better than others.
Confidence is knowing your worth, even when others fail to see it.
Many people spend their lives focusing on their weaknesses, comparing themselves to others, or seeking validation from the outside world.
But confidence grows when you begin to recognise your own strengths.
When you know your strengths, you are less likely to:
• doubt yourself
• seek approval from others
• compare yourself constantly
• forget your value during difficult times
Your strengths are evidence of who you are.
They remind you of your resilience, courage, wisdom, kindness, creativity, perseverance, and growth.
Many women can easily list 10 weaknesses about themselves, yet struggle to name 3 strengths.
Why do you think that is?
Perhaps we have spent so much time focusing on what is wrong with us that we have forgotten to see what is right within us.
