Alhamdulillah, another session of the IIUM Continuous Optometry Education (COE) Series 2026 has been successfully completed today. ✨

For our upcoming session, we are delighted to welcome Prof. Dr. Mohd Zulfaezal Che Azemin, who will present “Clinician-centric Healthcare Technology in Optometry.”

The talk will explore how objective measurement, artificial intelligence, and accessible digital tools can support clinical decision-making, improve consistency, and expand access to eye care, drawing on his work in retinal imaging, diabetic retinopathy screening, pterygium assessment, dry-eye evaluation, and portable vision testing.
