It starts small — waiting for a reply, re-reading conversations, wondering where you stand.
Over time, these thoughts can become emotionally exhausting to carry alone. Relationship anxiety may show up as fear of abandonment, overthinking interactions, emotional insecurity, or difficulty feeling reassured in close relationships.
If this resonates with you, you are not alone.
As part of their clinical training, Trainee Clinical Psychologists from HEART Psychological Services are offering a structured group therapy programme designed to provide a supportive and reflective space to explore:
* Anxiety, insecurity, or constant overthinking within relationships
* Feeling emotionally drained, depressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected from oneself due to relationship stress
* The emotional impact of supporting a partner who may be struggling with their own well-being
The group sessions will be conducted under professional supervision as part of clinical psychology training at HEART Psychological Services.
