👣 DID YOU KNOW?

Your shoes could be causing your foot pain! 😣

One common cause of Metatarsalgia is poor footwear.

👠 High heels put extra pressure on the front of your foot.
👟 Tight or narrow shoes squeeze your toes and increase pressure on the ball of your foot.

This can lead to pain, burning, aching or discomfort around the ball of your foot.

💡 Give your feet the support and space they deserve!

Choose footwear that is comfortable, supportive and fits properly. Your feet carry you all day — look after them! ❤️

👟 WHY HOKA? — COMFORT, CUSHIONING & PERFORMANCE IN EVERY STEP! 💙

If you’re looking for a running shoe that combines maximum cushioning, lightweight comfort and a smooth, effortless stride, HOKA is designed to deliver just that!

HOKA was created with one goal in mind: to make running feel smoother and easier on your body. Today, their innovative technology has made them a favourite for runners, walkers and anyone who spends long hours on their feet.

✨ WHAT MAKES HOKA DIFFERENT?

🔹 MAXIMUM CUSHIONING
HOKA’s generously cushioned midsoles help absorb impact and provide a soft, comfortable landing while remaining surprisingly lightweight.

🔹 META-ROCKER™ TECHNOLOGY
The curved sole design helps your foot move naturally through each step, creating a smooth heel-to-toe transition and helping you move forward with less effort.

🔹 ACTIVE FOOT FRAME™
Your foot sits securely within the midsole rather than simply on top of it. This creates a supportive, cradled feeling and helps provide stability with every step.

🔹 J-FRAME™ SUPPORT
For those who need additional stability, HOKA’s J-Frame™ technology helps guide the foot and control excessive inward rolling — without sacrificing that signature cushioning.

🔹 PROFLY™ & PROFLY+™
Designed with performance in mind, these cushioning systems combine softer landings with a more responsive forefoot to help you transition quickly and powerfully into your next stride.

🔹 CARBON FIBRE PLATES
Selected HOKA performance shoes use carbon fibre plates combined with lightweight, responsive foams to help maximise energy return and create a powerful, propulsive feel.

🏃‍♀️ WHETHER YOU’RE...
✔️ Training for a race
✔️ Going for your daily walk
✔️ Spending all day on your feet
✔️ Looking for extra cushioning
✔️ Hitting the trails

…there’s a HOKA designed to suit your needs!

💙 Step into the HOKA difference. Your feet will thank you!

📍 Available at our store in Walvis Bay, Erongo Region — Lera Medical Centre.
