FASCIAL EMBODIMENT THERAPY
Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI)
Stop chasing symptoms. Start changing patterns.
You have been living with persistent back pain, a stiff neck, tight hips, or tension that keeps returning no matter what you try? Then the source of the problem is probably not where you
feel the pain. Your body is shaped and held together by a continuous web of connective tissue called fascia. When this web loses its adaptability through injury, stress, or repetitive
movement, tension patterns and compensations spread across the whole body and you can feel pain far from the actual origin.
Fascial Embodiment Therapy works with your entire body, following the connective fascial lines that run from your feet to the crown of your head. Rather than only focusing on the
symptom, we address the deeper patterns shaping your whole structure. Longstanding restrictions begin to soften. Your body finds more ease. Breath deepens. Movement becomes more effortless. And gradually, the body you have been fighting begins to feel like home again.
Each session begins with a body reading, a careful observation of your postural and fascial patterns. We look at how you stand, move, and breathe, so the work is always tailored to your specific structure. From there, precise hands-on fascia work guides your body toward greater ease, layer by layer. Small movement practices and somatic cues uncover unconscious patterns and give you something concrete to carry into daily life. So the shifts that begin on the table gradually become the way you move, feel, and inhabit your body.
This is process-based work that rewards commitment. A single session offers a genuine introduction to the approach and can already create a meaningful shift. A 3-session series builds the foundation and gives your system time to integrate. The full 12-session journey takes you deep into your fascial architecture, creating lasting structural change: a new way
you move through life.
All sessions are given by a certified Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI) practitioner.
