www.clubelante.com Jamie Faber werd geboren op 9 mei 1985 in Amsterdam. Het gevoel voor fashion stroomde al vroeg door Jamie haar aderen.

Haar moeder en tante werkten in hun jonge jaren achter de schermen als styliste en visagiste. Ze hielp als jong meisje dan ook graag mee met kleding ophalen en wegbrengen voor de grote shows zoals Idols en X-factor. In 2010 opende Jamie haar eigen kledingwinkel in Zaandam, maar kwam er al snel achter dat ze het bruisende en creatieve miste in deze omgeving. Ze sprong dan ook een gat in de lucht to

en ze gevraagd werd om deel uit te maken van het team dat het programma Popstars stylde. Naast haar styling begon Jamie met fashion bloggen voor diverse websites zoals Ilovefashionnews.nl, Pretapregnant.nl en Ryanbabel.nl. Daarnaast had ze een wekelijks fashion item op radiozender Wild FM. Na veel styling ervaring voor o.a. TV-programma's, bladen en celebrities ging ze toch op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging en die vond ze. De beurzen die Jamie bezocht in Milaan om de nieuwste trends en ontwikkelingen op de voet te volgen miste een trendy, kwalitatief goed en betaalbare schoenenlijn. De schoenen die ze daar tegenkwam waren te duur. Zo is de schoenenlijn So Jamie geboren. Jamie ontwerpt en tekent alles wat nu speelt in de mode. De schoenen van So Jamie worden geproduceerd binnen Europa. Ze zijn volledig van leer, worden met de hand gemaakt en de pasvorm is zoals die van grote ontwerpers.
